The C-110 S controller, monitors the temperature of the holding pen by means of a temperature probe.

When the temperature reaches the pre-set value, the system starts and the controller opens a valve.

It alternates the soaking between On and Off periods.

When the temperature is below the set value, the system shuts off.
The Smart mode allows the controller to regulate the length of the On and Off periods.

For higher temperatures, the On periods will be longer and the Off periods shorter.

Once these values are programmed into the controller the system would work automatically
• 20 to 30 psi head pressure water.
• Single phase to power controller
• Electric valve
• Sprinklers 4 m - 5 m apart standard.
• Nozzle height 2.5 m and 3 m.
• Distance to sprinkler from dairy entrance, minimum 6 m
• For installations requiring less than 10 gpm (typically four nozzles), the pipe should be 0.75 inches in diameter.
• For installations requiring between 10 and 30 gpm (most dairies), the pipe should be 1.5 inches in diameter.
• For holding yards with cloth shade, the sprinkler should be lowered 0.6 m with 0.5 inch pipe.
