e-Therm is the all new wash controller by GEA that you can trust to completely manage your wash routines.

With simple to use controls, you can eliminate manual washing, easily monitor
chemical usage to ensure you never run out and with its optional hot water energy
efficient controls, e-Therm will save you time and money, and ensure your parlour
hygiene standards are always at the optimum.

Fully Programmable

• Up to five individual wash programs.
• Each program runs for up to seven days with up to three washes per day.

Easy to use controls

• The inbuilt, intuitive colour touch screen displays critical information such as the current
wash step in the rinse cycle, water levels and temperatures including return temperature.
• Individual rinse options can be selected by the operator.
• Easily set precise water temperature targets and draw from hot water from
your heat recovery or solar system when sufficient hot water is available (**).
• The wash cycle can be paused and resumed at any time and from anywhere.
• Chemical consumption is recorded to monitor usage and ensures you always know
how much chemical you have on hand.
• Easy to read and understand alerts and warnings - no complicated error codes.
• Quick access to a full history of past alerts and notifications for quick and easy troubleshooting.

Adaptability

• Suitable for use in most dairies:
- Can be used with either pneumatic or vacuum controls
- Adaptable output voltages 24V (AC or DC) or 240V
• Available in stainless steel or plastic housing.
